AT&SE Welding Materials Co., Ltd. is a strategic business unit under Advanced Technology&Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group (CISRI). Since its establishment in 1994, the company has grown into a professional manufacturer with two renowned brands: "Advanced Technology&Materials" and "Tianjin Sainteagle Welding", achieving synergistic development through its dual-brand strategy.
Backed by the strong technical expertise of the Central Iron & Steel Research Institute (CISRI), Advanced Technology&Materials, and Tianjin University, the company has established a high-level R&D team and a comprehensive industrial production system. Aligned with national strategic priorities, AT&SE Welding Materials Co., Ltd. empowers major engineering projects through innovative welding material technologies, driving the localization of critical materials. In shipbuilding & offshore engineering, as China’s first company to achieve localization of structural steel and stainless steel flux-cored wires, it continues to provide key technical support for flux-cored wires in carbon steel, low-temperature steel, and high-strength steel applications.
